Shipping Information:

We send all our orders by express shipping using DHL, Fed Ex or UPS. Shipping time is about 2-3 business days (not including pick up day, weekends and holidays)

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All our products are tested before packing to make sure that they function well. However sometimes some products may be damaged on the way or by improper use. If you received any defective products, you may return it to us and we will exchange it for you. Shipping is not refundable though and the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping.
